Urban lot:
Lot that includes road access, water lines, sewers and electricity, that is, ready to be built upon
Building lot:
Lot that is neither built upon or buildable, but that can be made buildable by providing the minimum urban services.
Not building lot:
Land zoned to be protected for specific reasons (environmental, historical) and thus cannot be built up on.
Rural property:
land zoned to be used for farming or forestry purposes including in the zoning any building found within the specify property.
Industrial land :
Land zoned to industrial activities which has the necessary infrastructure for these activities. These type of land is normally concentrated in industrial parks.
