In the home page of miparcela.com, you will find a list of land lots and plots ordered by date of publishing: The first ad in the list is the most recently published.
On the top part of the list, you will find 4 pull down menus: province, municipality, spam, and slope. You can select the criteria for your search by clicking on each pull down menu.
View a listing
To see the complete listing, simply click on it.
You will access the listing with all the information about the land for sale, as provided by the seller. You will also find the seller's contact information.
I can't find the land I'm looking for: Receive e-mail alerts
If you can't find the lisiting that's right for you, simply let us know what you are looking for and we will send you e-mail alerts for relevant new listings.
Click on the "e-mail alerts" link at the bottom of the home page and follow the instructions. You will be asked to specify the type of land you are looking for and your contact information so that we can email you relevant new listings.
Publishing your first listing with MiParcela.com
To publish a listing you need to click on the "Sell your land here. It's free!" link that you will see in the top left part of the home page.
You'll be sent to a page where you will be able to specify all necessary information about your land. Then we will ask you if you are a registered user; if you are not, simply answer "no".
To sign up with miparcela.com, you need to provide your e-mail, select a password and specify the contact information to appear in your listings.
If you are already signed-up with MiParcela.com, enter your e-mail address and password and we will automatically include your contact information.
Then you will be able to continue filling up the form with information about the land or post the ad.
User Sign-In
As a registered user you have a space reserved for you in miparcela.com: Your account. To access it you have to enter your e-mail address and password in the upper-right corner of the home page and then click "Enter"
What can I use My Account for?
Use your account to: manage your ads, manage your alerts, view and modify your personal information or cancel your account.
Modify a listing
Use your account to modify your listings. You can access it by entering your e-mail address and password on the fields that you will find on the top right part of the home page and then clicking "Enter".
Once you have entered your account, you will see a list titled "My Listings". Click on the lisiting you want to modify. You can make as many changes as you would like.
This listing has been sold
Use your account to remove listing ad from MiParcela.com. In the "My listing" section of your account you can mark any listing as "sold". Listings marked as sold will be deleted within 7 days.
If for any reason, you don't want to receive any more e-mail alerts, you can deactivate this feature by selecting the "My e-mail alerts" option of your account. Next to each line of the list showing your activated alerts, you will see a "stop receiving this alert" link, click on it to deactivate an alert.
Modify your sign-in information
In your account you will find a link to modify your access e-mail, another link to modify your password and another one to modify your contact information in case you have already posted an ad.
Insert a photo
1.- SELECT PHOTO
Click on "browse":
A window will open where you can see the content of your hard drive. Select the image you want to insert.
Keep in mind that the photo must meet the following requirements::
- Format: JPG, GIF, BMP
- Maximum size: 100 KB
Make sure that the selected photo is the one you want to insert in your listing.
Click on the "open" button.
2.- UPLOAD THE IMAGE
Wait while the image has uploaded completely.
When your picture is uploaded, and if it meet the requirements mentioned above, it will be automatically inserted into your listing after you click on "submit".
